How It Works

Hot & Cold Fluid Inlet
Two fluids enter separate port groups — e.g. hot milk on one side, cold water or glycol on the other.

Counter-Current Plate Flow
Fluids flow in opposite directions through gasketed plate channels without mixing.

Heat Transfer Across Plates
Thin stainless plates conduct heat efficiently; product reaches target temperature in compact footprint.

Regeneration Section
In HTST pasteurizer duty, outgoing hot milk pre-heats incoming cold milk to recover energy.

Fluid Outlet
Heated or cooled product exits at set temperature; utility fluid returns to chiller or boiler loop.
