Our Fabrication Process

A structured, quality-driven fabrication process ensures every piece of equipment meets specification before it leaves our workshop.

1. Material Procurement
Raw materials procured from approved vendors with full material test reports (MTR), heat numbers, and certifications.
2. Cutting & Forming
CNC plasma/laser cutting, plate rolling, bending, and forming to precise dimensions per approved drawings.
3. Welding & Joining
Certified welders perform TIG/MIG/SAW welding with pre-weld and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) where required.
4. NDE / NDT Testing
Radiographic (RT), ultrasonic (UT), dye penetrant (PT), and magnetic particle (MT) inspection of critical welds.
5. Surface Treatment
Mechanical polishing, electropolishing, passivation, sand/shot blasting, and painting as per specification.
6. Hydrostatic Testing
Hydrostatic pressure test at 1.5x design pressure to verify structural integrity and absence of leaks.
7. Final Inspection
Dimensional inspection, completeness check, and final quality sign-off - with option for third-party/client inspection.
8. Dispatch & Delivery
Proper preservation, packing, marking, and secure transportation with all documentation and QA records.
