How It Works

Milk Reception
Raw milk from reception tank is pumped to the plate heat exchanger chilling section at controlled flow rate.

Pre-Cooling in PHE
Milk cooled in plate heat exchanger using chilled water or glycol in counter-current arrangement.

Rapid Chill to 4°C
Refrigeration compressor and EEV maintain outlet milk temperature at 4 ± 1°C continuously.

Insulated Storage
Chilled milk transferred to insulated silos with level monitoring and temperature hold at 4°C.
5
Dispatch or Processing
Milk held at 4°C for tanker dispatch or routed to pasteurization and further dairy processing lines.
