How It Works

Cold Milk Inlet
Raw milk enters the regenerative section and is pre-heated by outgoing pasteurized milk for energy recovery.

Heating to Pasteurization Temp
Steam or hot water raises milk to 72°C (HTST) or 63°C (LTLT) in the plate heat exchanger heating section.

Holding Tube
Milk held at set temperature for required time — 15 seconds (HTST) or 30 minutes (LTLT) — to destroy pathogens.
4
Flow Diversion & Cooling
FDD automatically diverts under-pasteurized milk; approved milk cooled in regeneration section to 4°C.
5
Pasteurized Milk Outlet
Pasteurized milk exits at 4°C ready for storage or packaging; automated CIP cycle follows production.
