How It Works

Raw Milk Reception
Milk arrives at the reception bay, is weighed, tested for quality, and pumped to the balance tank for processing.

Clarification & Separation
Milk passes through clarifier and separator to remove impurities and standardize fat content for downstream products.

Pasteurization & Homogenization
HTST pasteurization at 72°C for 15 seconds followed by homogenization for product stability and shelf life.

Processing & Storage
Milk routed for UHT, cream, or skim processing and transferred to insulated storage silos at required temperature.

Packaging & CIP
Cooled pasteurized milk sent to filling line; automated CIP cleans all hygienic contact surfaces after production.
