Key Advantages

Fully Automated Sequencing
PLC runs pre-rinse, caustic, acid, and sanitize cycles without manual valve switching.
Validated Cleaning Protocols
Temperature, time, and chemical concentration logged for FSSAI and audit compliance.
Chemical Recovery & Reuse
Caustic and acid solutions returned to storage tanks, reducing chemical consumption and cost.
Multi-Circuit Coverage
Single CIP skid cleans pasteurizer, tanks, fillers, and pipework across the entire plant.
Conductivity-Based Rinse
Inline conductivity sensor confirms chemical removal before next production cycle starts.
Reduced Cleaning Downtime
Optimized flow paths and return pumping cut total CIP cycle time vs. manual cleaning.

How It Works

1
Pre-Rinse
Warm water flushes product residue from tanks, pipes, and heat exchangers before chemical wash.
2
Caustic Wash
Alkaline solution circulated at set temperature and flow to remove fat and protein deposits.
3
Intermediate Rinse
Fresh water rinse removes caustic before acid cycle; conductivity sensor confirms rinse completion.
4
Acid Wash & Sanitize
Nitric or phosphoric acid removes mineral scale; optional sanitizer step for microbiological control.
5
Final Rinse & Recovery
Final water rinse leaves circuits clean; spent solutions recovered to CIP tanks for reuse where configured.
