How It Works

Butter / Fat Melting
Butter or buffalo fat loaded into melting kettle and heated until fully liquefied.

Clarification & Settling
Milk solids settle in clarifier; clear fat layer is separated from sediment and foam.

Slow Heating & Moisture Removal
Fat heated gradually to evaporate residual moisture and develop characteristic ghee aroma.

Filtration
Ghee passed through filter to remove burnt particles, sediment, and suspended solids.

FFA-Compliant Filling
Tested ghee filled into tins or pouches, cooled, and dispatched as AGMARK / FSSAI grade product.
