Product Overview

The Gausin Biogas and CNG Plant converts organic waste streams into pipeline-quality biogas or compressed bio-CNG through anaerobic digestion, gas purification, and multi-stage compression.

Plants are designed for dairy cooperatives, distilleries, food processors, and municipal organic waste facilities — with digester heating, mixing, H2S / CO2 scrubbing, and CNG dispensing or grid injection options.

Gausin provides complete scope from feed preparation and digester design through gas upgrading, compression, storage, and commissioning.

Anaerobic Digestion
CSTR or plug-flow digesters optimized for feed characteristics.
Gas Purification
H2S, CO2, moisture, and siloxane removal for fuel-grade gas.
CNG Compression
Multi-stage compressors deliver bio-CNG at required pressure.
Digester Heating
Boiler or CHP waste heat maintains optimal digester temperature.
Gas Storage
Membrane holders or pressurized vessels buffer production.
Safety Systems
Flares, leak detection, and pressure relief throughout.

Key Advantages

Renewable Fuel
Replaces fossil LPG/CNG with carbon-neutral bio-CNG.
Waste Monetization
Organic waste becomes revenue-generating fuel.
Feed Flexibility
Handles slurry, solid organics, and co-digestion blends.
Fuel-Grade Output
Purification meets bio-CNG quality specifications.
Reliable Operation
Proven digester and compressor packages.
Turnkey EPC
Design, supply, erection, and commissioning under one roof.

How It Works

1
Feed Preparation
Organic waste is shredded, mixed, and homogenized to optimal solids content.
2
Anaerobic Digestion
Bacteria in heated digesters convert organics to raw biogas (CH4 + CO2).
3
Biogas Collection
Gas is stored in holders. H2S and moisture are removed in scrubbers.
4
Purification
CO2 and remaining impurities are stripped to achieve fuel-grade methane content.
5
CNG Compression
Purified biogas is dried and compressed for storage, dispensing, or grid injection.
