Product Overview

The Gausin Scrubber Systems remove particulate matter, acid gases (SO2, HCl, HF), VOCs, and odorous compounds from industrial exhaust streams to meet stack emission norms.

Wet scrubbers use liquid contact for high-efficiency gas absorption; dry and packed-bed designs suit specific gas compositions and space constraints. Systems are custom-engineered for boilers, incinerators, chemical plants, and process vents.

How It Works

Gas Inlet
Hot or corrosive exhaust enters the scrubber through inlet ducting.

Scrubbing Contact
Gas contacts scrub liquor in venturi, packed bed, or spray zone; pollutants absorb into liquid.

Mist Elimination
Demister removes entrained droplets before gas exits the vessel.

Treated Exhaust
Cleaned gas is discharged through ID fan and stack within emission limits.
5
Effluent Treatment
Spent scrub liquor is neutralized and sent to ETP or recirculated.
