Jacketed vacuum pan evaporator for batch concentration with precise control. Vacuum operation lowers boiling point to protect heat-sensitive products during each batch cycle.
The Gausin Batch Evaporator (Vacuum Pan) is a jacketed vessel designed for batch-wise concentration where precise endpoint control and flexibility between recipes are required.
Vacuum systems reduce boiling temperature, protecting active ingredients in pharmaceutical, confectionery, and nutraceutical applications. Optional agitators ensure uniform heating and prevent local overheating.
Each pan is built in polished stainless steel with calibrated instrumentation for temperature, vacuum, and batch endpoint detection.
